  • Board Meetings +

Board meetings are open to all owners and are generally held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 pm. Locations are announced in monthly emails and posted on the mail boxes.
  • Homeowner Taxes & Fees +

Homeowners are responsible for property taxes on their physical units and these are tax-deductible. Homeowners pay a land lease to CDCT (Chicago Dock & Canal Trust) which is owned by Charlie Gardner, one of the pioneers in land development in south Streeterville. The land lease is rent paid on the property since the land is not technically owned by residents.
